RT-PCR (NUCLEIC ACID) DETECTION TEST

RT-PCR's primary function is to vet false positive or negative result provided by antigen rapid test.

This is critical to make sure that false positive individuals do not get quarantined unnecessarily, and that false negative patients do not end up spreading the virus to a greater number of other people.

The limitation of RT-PCR, is that it requires expensive facilities and trained staff. This can be partly resolved by our rapid RT-PCR machine.
