G. lucidum spore oil (GLSO) is a lipid substance extracted from sporoderm-broken
spore of Ganoderma lucidum (G. lucidum) by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction
technology, which contains various active ingredients of G. lucidum spores.

GLSO is yellow and clear liquid in appearance and mainly consists of saturated and
unsaturated fatty acids, and a small amount of ganoderic acid, which shows protective
effect in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and anti-oxidative effect.

The triterpenoid ganoderic acid in GLSO has potent pharmacological activity and
proves effective in liver protection, detoxification, killing cancer cells and pain relief. For
example, ganoderic A, B, C and D can inhibit the release of cellular histamine, while
ganoderic acid F has strong antiviral ability.

The unsaturated fatty acids in GLSO can prevent thrombosis and atherosclerosis,
reduce malignant cholesterol, lower the level of neutral fat in blood, and prevent fatty
liver. It also can soften blood vessels, cleanse the blood and eliminate cellular free
radicals. Besides, the G. lucidum polysaccharides in GLSO have the effect of improving
immunity and inhibiting tumors.

The main effects of GLSO are: 1. dual directional regulation of human immunity; 2.
inhibition of the physiological activities of tumor cells and hence prevention of tumor
cell regeneration and migration; 3. alleviation the adverse effects caused by

reaches over 25%, which provides better effect than G. lucidum spore powder, as the
subcritical extraction technology of GLSO preserves the quality of G. lucidum spores
