LANOSTEROL
Reversing Biggest Cause of Blindness Amongst Old Pets
Cataracts are the most common cause of vision loss amongst pets. Half of all dogs have cataracts by nine years of age, and virtually all dogs develop them later in life. Cataracts arise when crystallin, a major protein component of the eye lens, begins to aggregate, which causes the lens to become cloudy.

Although cataracts can be successfully removed with surgery, this approach is expensive and may be too risky for older pets as general anesthetic is required.

Lanosterol is a newly identified natural substance that has therapeutic potential for treating cataracts. Using nanotechnology, the substance can be absorbed into the user's eye to gradually reverse the state of cataract.
